Enrique “Quique” Figueroa was born and raised in the waters of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Quique has been part of many transitions in Puerto Rico's sailing he did Hobie 14, Hobie 16, Tornado, Nacra 17. He has been to 8 Central American Games, 6 Pan American games, and 5 Olympic Games. He has many achievements including multiple medals, 5 World titles, and 22 US National titles. Currently, he has been the administrator of a Sailing School in Puerto Rico while also enjoying surfing, windsurfing, and spending time with his daughters.
